Adventure awaits

Vancouver Island has always been the place I call home. The beauty it possesses runs poetically through my veins. I am very passionate about the West Coast dream and aim to have my work align with the outdoorsy lifestyle this beautiful coast encompasses.

Over the years, watching Tofino grow from a small town I would come to with my family, to this booming, ever changing tourist destination, has pulled at my heartstrings due to the years of changes. Spending time living in this community and gaining knowledge with those I surround myself with relating to the sustainability and conservation of this town is something I am becoming more and more passionate about every day. 

I have seen Tofino and surrounding areas by air, water, and land and have observed first hand the difficulties sustaining a small town in its natural state has brought on its community. Through these observations I have seen the value of public awareness and education for locals and tourists. I believe there needs to be a balance between vacation stays, locals, and creating a sustainable environment. 

I see an incredible opportunity to use my Communications skills to help expand and educate others in maintaining the beauty British Columbia offers. My mission is to connect and bridge gaps with awareness to what I am passionate about and working with brands I value.

Through my active BC life style I am consistently seeking the next adventure. From free diving, to surfing, to nature walks, to foraging, to SUPing, to team sporting activities, you name it- I’m in!

My ideal work environment is in collaboration with teams to strategize, brainstorm, and feed off each other’s energy, while having the flexibility to be in my own remote work environment allowing me to continue my momentum in projects. The online world is consistently changing and the adaptations required in this new world are needed to thrive.

My social media experience has been geared toward story telling. I have always found the written form of communications, expressive and powerful. Through various platforms, I aim to have your brand and values come to life to hit your primary targets.
